We characterized a carrot-derived anti-aging molecule as highly potent exercise enhancer and developed large-scale procurement protocols. Supplementation with our compound has strong clinical potential to prevent frailty in the elderly by increasing physical endurance, thus supporting individual efforts to stay healthy.
