Transferring research into practice in the field of future mobility

Driving change for sustainable and climate-friendly mobility solutions

The mobility sector is changing at a rapid pace. Multimodal services, car sharing, e-mobility and autonomous driving are among the trends that will shape mobility of the future. To contribute and drive these changes, the various players in the mobility sector must be familiar with innovations, new technologies, individual mobility needs and changing conditions as well as understand the complexity of the mobility system.

With the MAS ETH in Future Transport Systems and the three CAS degrees, ETH Zurich offers practice-oriented continuing education for professionals. The program provides the participants with the technical foundations so that they can evaluate, develop, and implement integrated, sustainable and climate-friendly mobility solutions in their own work environment. Participants learn skills to better predict the impact of specific changes and interventions on the overall mobility system, assess the potential of new technologies as well as develop new business models in the field.

The main target group for the two-year MAS program and the CAS courses are professionals in a strategic or operational role as well as project managers and executives from the private sector and governmental institutions. Participants from all industries are welcome. People who want to change career paths and are aiming to work in the mobility sector can also apply.
